Our client, a Local Passenger Car and Commercial Vehicle Hire Provider, had an issue with the appropriate allocation of damage to the correct party resulting from check in and check out procedures of vehicles both internally and externally. They wanted to introduce the Pineapple Group’s International Fair Wear & Tear guide as a benchmark and tool Pineapple Group established with the client the areas of skill improvement and delivered a training which gave consistency in approach to the business process in parallel with implementing the International Fair Wear & Tear guide.
