Our client, a Global Luxury Vehicle Hire Provider, had an issue with customer satisfaction and financial risks resulting from check in and check out procedures in the retail environment.  They wanted to introduce the Pineapple Group’s International Fair Wear & Tear guide and train customer facing staff how to communicate the guide in order to enhance the customer experience.

Pineapple Group established with the client the new business process and delivered the training required to facilitate the implementation of the guide across the UAE retail locations.  Additionally, and in parallel with the guide roll out, the skill level of those appraising vehicles was developed and improved.
