He draws upon over 25 years industry experience that covers multiple roles in various positions, from humble beginnings as a trainee sales executive in the retail dealership environment through to key positions within manufacturers regional operations.
Alongside his responsibility for guiding the overall strategic direction of Pineapple Group projects, Andrew leads the Dealer Standards Auditing solutions and bespoke consultancy support.
Coupled to Andrew’s insights into the industry is his passion to make a difference to clients through a thorough implementation of any given project. He constantly explores the associated and indirect impact and opportunities that the change in an organisation can represent. In this way, he can add value to your business beyond the typical project scope.

Matt co-founded Pineapple Group to deliver on the vision to provide solutions driven by quality and professionalism. He draws upon automotive experience in retail dealership roles as well as training management roles covering all aspects of the modern automotive dealer from both a retail and manufacturer perspective.
In addition to developing sustainable processes to support the strategic goals of Pineapple Group projects, Matt leads the Training solution delivery.
